Application for Concessionary LRT Card (Elderly, and Person with Disability) starts from 28 December

    The Macao Light Rapid Transit (“LRT”) System will be in revenue service from 1 January 2020. The adult single journey ticket fare is from MOP 6 to MOP 10, while the eligible persons can enjoy the concessionary fare. The holders of Concessionary LRT Card for Elderly and Disabled Person, as well as children with body height below 1 metre can enjoy free travel on Macao LRT.

     

    From 28 December 2019, Concessionary LRT card for Elderly and Disabled person is open for applications. All seniors aged 65 or above holding a Macao Resident Identity Card, as well as disable persons holding a valid Disability Assessment Registration Card issued by the Social Welfare Bureau of Macao SAR can apply the concessionary LRT card at all LRT stations.

     

    In order to facilitate residents and tourists purchasing tickets to experience the LRT service, in addition to MOP cash, the E-payment methods “BoC Pay” and “Macau Pass” are also accepted at Customer Service Centres.
