Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of LRT to prevent virus transmission

  In response to the recent transmission of novel coronavirus, MTR (Macau) had attached great importance and held an emergency meeting with Macao Light Rapid Transit Corporation Limited.  A series of preventive measures was worked out to strictly request the operation team to take necessary preventive measures in accordance with the instruction given by the Health Bureau (SSM), such as enhanced cleaning and disinfection of all stations and train compartments, especially the cleaning of all seats and handrails. The frontline staff have to maintain good personal hygiene and health, as well as take personal protective measures, put on a mask, wash hands frequently.

   

  MTR (Macau) also appeals passengers to pay attention to their personal hygiene and wear masks when riding LRT. If you find any discomfort during the ride, please ask our station staff for assistance.
